The maximum reimbursement for all A&A Board members from Europe has been set to 1000 Euros. Of course, A&A Board members who have to fly transantlantic to attend the meeting are exempt from this restriction, since their airfaire is likely higher. As usual the reimbursment of participating to the A&A Board meeting follows the ESO rules. These are:
- Travel must done using economy class tickets.
- The number of days associated with the board meeting is at maximum three (3) - arrival on Tuesday May 30, 2023 and departture on Friday June 2, 2023.
- The ESO daily subsistence for Greece/Crete is 157 Euros and covers hotel and meals. For each meal provided by the meeting 20% of the subsistence, that is 31.40 Euros, will be deducted from the reimbursement.
- A dinner on the evening of Wednesday May 31, 2023 will be provided. Lunch can be purchased from the FORTH cafeteria, which is coveniently located on the ground floor of the main FORTH building, where the meeting actually will take place.
